LESLIE AYALA
Leslie Ayala has been teaching dance for over 14 years. Her passion is teaching beginning technique. She has been trained for many years in ballet, hip hop, military and more. She is a Powered By Dance alumni and during her time as a dancer with PBD her team won many 1st place trophies. She also worked as a volunteer as a Dance Teacher at DaVinci High School.

Nancy Valle has been teaching dance for more than 20 years. She started Powered By Dance with her sisters in 2003. She choreographs many competition routines which have won State and National titles. Nancy has been in many dance companies including: UDC (University Dance Company in Cal State San Bernardino), Jose Acosta's Dance Company in Long Beach and R&B Dance Company in Torrance.
She worked for Lil' Dancers Company located in Manhattan Beach. She has been training for many years in Jazz, Hip Hop, Military, Lyrical and Pom. She is currently judging for the Sharp Competition Circuit as well as instructing many camps and clinics throughout California. She was on the SPARKS Ole Skool Crew for 5 years where she performed at the Crytpo Arena during the WNBA Basketball Games.
BETSY McLAURIN
Betsy McLaurin has been dancing for more than 20 years. She started Powered By Dance with her sisters in 2003. She began dancing at Lennox Middle School and that is when she knew that Dance was going to be a big part of her life. She has danced with R&B Dance Company, & has also been part of the University Dance Company at Cal State San Bernardino. Betsy has performed with Jose Acosta's Dance Company & worked for Lil Dancers Company. She has worked with many teams and schools prior to beginning Powered By Dance. She has been training for numerous years in Jazz, Hip Hop & Drill.
She is well respected for her military and dance routines throughout California. She is currently judging for the Sharp Competition Circuit as well as instructing many camps and clinics throughout California. She loves teaching and seeing the girls and boys improve through the year. She was also part of the SPARKS Ole Skool Crew for one season where she performed at the Staple Center during the WNBA Basketball Games.
